Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orenga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pastilla brou de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem el pebre negre als filets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola gran posem l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui ben calent afegim els filets que s&#039;han de daurar per tots els costats a foc fort perqu\u00e8 la carn quedi segellada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 abaixarem el foc i afegim la ceba picada que la deixarem sofregir juntament amb la carn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la ceba comenci a daurar-se afegim les dues cullerades de tom\u00e0quet fregit i ho remourem perqu\u00e8 es barregi el tom\u00e0quet i la ceba. Deixarem coure tot junt durant uns cinc minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untarem els filets amb la mostassa de Dijon, afegirem l&#039;orenga, la cervesa i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou esmicolat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella posem la mantega i quan estigui fosa, afegirem els xampinyons per saltar-los.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els afegirem a la cassola i deixarem coure a foc lent durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si cal, es pot afegir una mica d&#039;aigua calenta, si falt\u00e9s suc per a la cocci\u00f3.
