Remenarem una mica.<\/li><li>Afegiu-hi un rovell d&#039;ou i barregeu-ho amb una esp\u00e0tula. Hi afegim els rovells d&#039;un en un i anem remenant fins que la massa quedi compacta.<\/li><li>Un cop posats tots els rovells pastarem amb les mans perqu\u00e8 l&#039;ametlla vagi deixant anar l&#039;oli.<\/li><li>Traurem la massa del bol i continuarem pastant a la taula de treball fins que aconseguir una massa ben fina i que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li><li>Quan la massa estigui a punt, us donarem la forma d&#039;un cilindre.<\/li><li>Preparem un motlle rectangular cobert amb paper vegetal (vegeu el v\u00eddeo) i posem el torr\u00f3.
