Una recepta tradicional de la nostra cuina que queda espectacular. Com ja sabr\u00e0s el conill \u00e9s una carn blanca sense gens de greix i molt nutritiva. El Pisto se&#039;l coneix tamb\u00e9 com Samfaina catalana, o Ratatouille francesa. Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li><li>1 Culleradeta de Sucre<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tallarem per separat totes les verdures en quadradets i ratllarem els tom\u00e0quets.<\/li><li>Als tom\u00e0quets els hi posarem una culleradeta de sucre per treure&#039;ls l&#039;acidesa.<\/li><li>Salpebrarem el conill trossejat. En una cassola hi tirem l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan bulli fregirem el conill pels dos costats. Reservarem el conill.<\/li><li>Al mateix oli sofregirem la ceba durant un minut. Afegirem el pebrot vermell i el verd. Sofregirem durant 2 minuts i afegirem el carbass\u00f3 i l&#039;alberg\u00ednia. Si cal afegirem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;oli per sofregir les verdures. Remenarem i cuinarem durant uns 4 minuts.<\/li><li>Incorporarem el tom\u00e0quet ratllat a la cassola i barrejarem.
