En una de les bandes, damunt els cabells d&#039;\u00e0ngel hi posarem granet d&#039;ametlla, i l&#039;altra l&#039;adornarem amb pinyons pr\u00e8viament remullats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A una altra de les bandes hi posarem crema pastissera ia sobre pinyons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem les vores de la massa amb ou batut i una mica d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 10 minuts aproximadament. En sortir les pintem amb alm\u00edvar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem l&#039;altra massa de pasta de full una mica menys de la meitat i en un costat de la part llarga posarem crema pastissera i donarem la forma d&#039;un cilindre, procurant tancar b\u00e9 la vora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una altra banda amb crema pastissera al centre ia sobre unes rodanxes fines de poma trossejades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb restes de massa fem uns llacets donant-los la forma segons es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho pintem tot amb ou ia coure, amb el forn a la mateixa temperatura. En sortir del forn les pintem amb l&#039;alm\u00edvar ia la massa cil\u00edndrica hi posarem per sobre sucre en gra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb les dues bandes que encara ens queden farem unes palmeretes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem abundant sucre a la taula de treball i arrebossarem les dues cares de les bandes. Posarem m\u00e9s sucre per sobre procurant que s&#039;impregni b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem un plec a cada costat de la banda, empolvorarem amb m\u00e9s sucre. Fem un altre plec i hi posem m\u00e9s sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment amb els plecs, muntem un a sobre de l&#039;altre i tallem la massa a trossets d&#039;1 cm. aproximadament, i m\u00e9s sucre. Obrim una mica les puntes ia coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A mitja cocci\u00f3 els fem la volta i en sortir del forn deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Algunes palmeretes les podem banyar amb xocolata fosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop estigui tota la pasta de full ben fred, tallarem les bandes de pasta de full en trossos petits amb un ganivet de serra ben esmolat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se&#039;n poden empolvorar algunes amb sucre m\u00f2lt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Assortiment de pasta de full per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot el que he explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aqu\u00ed en el Forner de Alella te ense\u00f1amos como preparar un delicioso Surtido de Hojaldres hechos en casa, pastitas peque\u00f1itas para tomar de postre.
