Com s&#039;acosten les Festes Nadalenques al Forner d&#039;Alella hem elaborat unes postres tradicionals per a aquestes festes que no pot faltar a cap taula aquests dies tan entranyables. Farina<\/li><li>75 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>3 Ous<\/li><li>1 Sobre de Llevat Qu\u00edmic Royal<\/li><li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li><li>1 culleradeta Vainilla Ensucarada<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per fer la <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/tofona-per-emplenar-pastissos\/\">T\u00f2fona<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500 gr Nata per Muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li><li>25 gr Cacau en Pols<\/li><li>100 gr Sucre M\u00f2lt<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si voleu preparar i afegir <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/almibar-per-banar-pastissos\/\">alm\u00edvar aqu\u00ed la recepta<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per fer la Cobertura de Xocolata:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>350 grs. Xocolata per Fondre<\/li><li>25 grs. Mantega<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Separem els rovells de les clares i batem les clares amb un pessic de sal a punt de neu. Abans d&#039;aconseguir el punt de neu afegirem la vainilla ensucrada i la meitat del sucre fins aconseguir el Punt de Neu. Reservarem.<\/li><li>Batem els rovells dels ous amb la resta del sucre. Es pot fer a m\u00e0 o amb les varetes. Ha de quedar escum\u00f3s.<\/li><li>Afegirem els rovells batuts a les clares muntades i l&#039;integrarem amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt perqu\u00e8 no es baixin les clares.<\/li><li>Barregem el llevat qu\u00edmic amb la farina i ho tamisem.<\/li><li>Afegirem la farina molt lentament a la massa que hav\u00edem preparat i seguirem remenant amb molt de compte perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri b\u00e9 i quedi esponj\u00f3s<\/li><li>Hem preparat una llauna de forn i posem una punteta de la massa a les quatre cantonades del paper de coure perqu\u00e8 no es mogui el paper. Distribuirem la massa del pa de pessic per tota la llauna fins aconseguir que quedi ben llisa.<\/li><li>El forn preescalfat a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i deixarem coure durant 8\/10 minuts.<\/li><li>Quan la planxa de pa de pessic estigui t\u00e8bia li donarem la volta per poder treure el paper de coure. Cal fer-ho amb molt de compte perqu\u00e8 no es trenqui el pa de pessic. Tallarem les puntes perqu\u00e8 quedi una placa rectangular.<\/li><li>Posem un drap de cuina a la taula de treball ia sobre posarem la placa de pa de pessic que ha d&#039;estar t\u00e8bia. Enrotllarem la planxa de pa de pessic perqu\u00e8 vagi agafant la forma de rotllo i aix\u00ed poder donar-li la forma, quan estigui fred.<\/li><li>Muntem la nata amb unes varetes i al final hi afegim el sucre glas i batrem una mica perqu\u00e8 es barregi b\u00e9 el sucre.<\/li><li>Afegirem el cacau de mica en mica per veure quan est\u00e0 al nostre gust, i batrem una mica m\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 quedi ben integrat.<\/li><li>Quan s&#039;hagi refredat el pa de pessic desenrotllarem i posarem l&#039;alm\u00edvar per sobre ia continuaci\u00f3 estendrem la t\u00f2fona per tota la placa.
