Nata per muntar 35% de mat\u00e8ria grassa<\/li><li>2 Cullerades soperes de Sucre<\/li><li>Crocanti d&#039;Ametlles<\/li><li>Sucre llustre per empolvorar<\/li><li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Estendrem la placa de pasta de full, conservant el paper vegetal. Pintarem amb aigua la meitat de la l\u00e0mina i la doblegarem per la meitat. Premem una mica.<\/li><li>Empolvorarem farina a la taula de treball i dipositarem la pasta de full, traient el paper vegetal. Empolvorarem una mica de farina a sobre de la pasta de full.<\/li><li>Amb un tallapastes en forma de cor, tallarem les peces. El sobrant es pot utilitzar donant-li les formes que ens agradin. Si no teniu tallapastes se&#039;n pot dibuixar un en un cartr\u00f3 i tallar despr\u00e9s les peces amb un ganivet. Ens servir\u00e0 igual que el tallapastes.<\/li><li>Posarem els cors a una safata de forn amb paper vegetal per sobre i els pintarem amb ou batut.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Cobrirem la part de sobre amb el crocanti d&#039;ametlla i premem una mica per evitar que caigui el crocanti.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 12 minuts o fins que veiem que estan daurats per sobre. Reservarem fins que es refredin totalment.<\/li><li>Muntarem la nata que pr\u00e8viament hem deixat uns 10 minuts al congelador.
