Torr\u00f3 de Xixona<\/li><li>100 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>80 gr. Xocolata per fondre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Trossejarem el torr\u00f3 i ho passarem a un bol<\/li><li>Abans de muntar la nata la deixarem uns 10 minuts al congelador juntament amb el bol on la muntarem.<\/li><li>Amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques muntarem la nata i una mica abans d&#039;acabar de batre afegirem el sucre. No ha de quedar del tot muntada.<\/li><li>Afegirem el torr\u00f3 trossejat i ho incorporarem amb una esp\u00e0tula, i amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt fins que quedi ben barrejat.<\/li><li>Passarem la barreja a una m\u00e0niga pastissera amb un filtre ben ample i omplirem els recipients fins a la vora. Es pot fer tamb\u00e9 amb un cullerot. Allisarem tot.<\/li><li>Farem un bany maria per fondre la xocolata. Ho podem desfer al microones.<\/li><li>La xocolata la dipositarem a sobre del marbre de la cuina o b\u00e9 una superf\u00edcie que sigui molt freda. Remenarem la xocolata amb unes esp\u00e0tules i quan estigui una mica fred farem una capa fina i esperarem que es refredi totalment. Es pot fer amb xocolata ratllada si no disposem de marbre.<\/li><li>Amb una rasqueta farem unes encenalls (com es veu al v\u00eddeo)<\/li><li>Decorarem les copes amb els encenalls de xocolata per sobre.<\/li><li>Guardarem les copes al congelador, un m\u00ednim de 4 hores.
