Una recepta tal com la feia la meva \u00e0via i que estan bon\u00edssims. Cigrons secs<\/li><li>3 Xori\u00e7os frescos<\/li><li>200 gr. Panceta ib\u00e8rica salada<\/li><li>1 Pastanaga<\/li><li>1 Ceba gran<\/li><li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li><li>1 Cullerada sopera Pebre vermell dol\u00e7<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem en remull els cigrons amb aigua calenta durant unes 10 hores. Escorrerem i traurem les impureses que hagin quedat.<\/li><li>En una cassola hi posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent posarem els alls picats. Donarem unes voltes i tot seguit afegirem la ceba ben picada i la pastanaga picada. Abaixarem el foc i sofregirem durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>Afegirem el pebre vermell dol\u00e7, i remourem vigilant que no es cremi el pebre vermell.<\/li><li>Tot seguit incorporarem l&#039;aigua ben calenta i quan bulli afegirem els cigrons. L&#039;aigua ha de cobrir totalment els cigrons i una mica m\u00e9s. Hem de controlar que no hi falti aigua per a la cocci\u00f3. Cal tirar-la sempre bullint perqu\u00e8 no es talli la cocci\u00f3 i aix\u00ed quedaran els cigrons m\u00e9s tendres i no es trencaran.<\/li><li>Afegirem els xori\u00e7os sencers, i la cansalada tallada a trossos una mica grans.<\/li><li>Taparem la cassola i cuinarem durant unes dues hores, o fins que estiguin tendres, amb el foc baix. Comprovarem de sal, ja que la cansalada \u00e9s salada. Si hem de remoure els cigrons ho farem amb cullera de pal perqu\u00e8 no es trenquin els cigrons.
