Carn Magra de Porc<\/li><li>3 Carxofes<\/li><li>2 Patates grans<\/li><li>1 Ceba gran<\/li><li>1 Porro<\/li><li>2 Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li><li>2 Pastanagues<\/li><li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>150 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>1 litre Brou de Carn (aprox.)<\/li><li>Llorer i Farigola<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tallarem en discos els alls, el porro i les pastanagues i la ceba a trossos petits. Pelarem els tom\u00e0quets i els tallarem a trossets.<\/li><li>Salpebrarem la carn. En una cassola ampla hi posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan bulli fregirem la carn amb el foc alt.<\/li><li>Abaixarem el foc i afegirem els alls, la ceba i el porro. Remenarem i cuinarem durant uns 5 minuts. Afegirem els tom\u00e0quets i transcorreguts 5 minuts m\u00e9s, llen\u00e7arem el vi blanc i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol afegirem el brou de carn bullint. Taparem la cassola i cuinarem durant uns 10 minuts.<\/li><li>Prepararem un bol amb aigua freda, un gla\u00e7\u00f3 de gel i julivert trepitjat per dipositar les carxofes que anem tallant i aix\u00ed evitar que es quedin negres.<\/li><li>Pelar les carxofes i tallar-les per la meitat, nom\u00e9s utilitzarem els cors. Farem quatre o sis trossos de cada carxofa.<\/li><li>Afegirem a la cassola, el llorer, la farigola, les pastanagues i les carxofes i cuinarem amb el foc baix durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li><li>Pelarem les patates i les espetejarem, \u00e9s a dir, enfonsarem el ganivet i trencarem les patates en trossos petits, aix\u00ed ens deixaran anar el mid\u00f3.<\/li><li>Si cal afegirem m\u00e9s brou, sempre calent i comprovarem de sal. Afegirem les patates i cuinarem durant uns 15 minuts m\u00e9s. Cal tastar que les patates estiguin tendres.
