Aquest any el Forner d&#039;Alella us preparar\u00e0 un Rosc\u00f3n amb tots els ingredients de sempre per\u00f2 a m\u00e9s l&#039;omplir\u00e0 amb Trufa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3SmJNVVoRVk\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Massa Mare:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>25 grs. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li><li>15 ml. Llet<\/li><li>5 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>1 pessic de Llevat fresc<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el Mazap\u00e1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>175 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>175 Ametlla m\u00f2lta<\/li><li>1 Ou<\/li><li>Ratlladura de \u00bd Llimona<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el Rosc\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50 grs. Massa Mare<\/li><li>450 gr. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li><li>50 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>45 gr. Llevat Fresca de Forner<\/li><li>40 gr. Mantega<\/li><li>80 ml. Llet<\/li><li>3 Ous<\/li><li>1 Cullerada Aigua de tarongina<\/li><li>8 gr. Sal<\/li><li>35 gr. Mantega de Porc<\/li><li>400 gr. Mazapan<\/li><li>Ratlladura de Taronja<\/li><li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li><li>1 Cullerada sopera de Mel<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per adornar el Rosc\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li><li>Fruites confitades<\/li><li>Sucre<\/li><li>Unes gotes d&#039;aigua<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per emplenar el Rosc\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>600 gr. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li><li>140 gr. Sucre&nbsp;<\/li><li>35 gr. Cacau pur en pols<\/li><li>1 Cullerada sopera Formatge Philadelphia&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fem el massap\u00e0 i posem un ou en un bol juntament amb el sucre, la ratlladura de llimona i l&#039;ametlla m\u00f2lta. Amassem amb les mans dins del bol i quan estigui ben barrejat acabarem de pastar el massap\u00e0 a la taula de treball. Ha de quedar una textura molt fina. Farem un cilindre amb la massa i la taparem amb paper film. Reservarem a la nevera.<\/li><li>Preparem la massa mare posant la farina, la llet, el sucre i el llevat en un bol i amb una cullereta pastem i quan la massa es desprengui de les parets, la traiem i acabem de pastar a m\u00e0, donant-li la forma d&#039;una bola. Taparem amb paper film i la deixarem a temperatura ambient unes 12 hores.<\/li><li>Per amassar el tortell es pot fer amb pastadora el\u00e8ctrica oa m\u00e0 tamb\u00e9. Posarem en un bol gran els ous, el sucre, la ratlladura de llimona i taronja, la mantega a temperatura ambient, la sal, la llet, la mel, l&#039;aigua de tarongina, la massa mare. Batrem una mica ia continuaci\u00f3 afegirem la farina pr\u00e8viament tamisada.<\/li><li>Amassarem i quan porti 5 minuts de pastat afegirem el llevat esmicolat i continuarem pastant. Hem pastat durant 15 minuts.<\/li><li>Posem una mica d&#039;oli a la taula de treball i continuem pastant amb les mans fins a aconseguir una massa ben fina i homog\u00e8nia. Donarem forma de bola i la taparem fins que dobli el volum.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 posem una mica d&#039;oli a la taula de treball i amb un corr\u00f3 estirem la massa donant forma fins que quedi ben fina, donant forma de rectangle. Per sobre estenem el llard de porc.<\/li><li>Estirem el massap\u00e0 ha d&#039;arribar de punta a punta del rectangle i enrotllem la massa. Tallem les dues puntes.<\/li><li>Preparem una safata de forn amb paper de coure i donem forma al tortell aplanant-lo tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo. Si es vol, es pot posar per sota de la massa una sorpresa i una fava embolicades amb paper d&#039;alumini.<\/li><li>Per sobre adornarem amb les fruites confitades. Deixarem fermentar fins que dobli el volum en un lloc tancat que no li doni l&#039;aire.<\/li><li>Pintarem amb ou batut el tortell per sobre. Posem sucre en un recipient i l&#039;humitegem amb una mica d&#039;aigua. Repartim aquest sucre, fent uns munts, per sobre del tortell.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant 20\/25 minuts. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn. Deixarem que es refredi totalment.<\/li><li>Posarem la nata i el formatge philadelphia en un bol que pr\u00e8viament hem deixat al congelador durant uns 15 minuts. Muntarem la nata amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques i abans que estigui muntada del tot posem el sucre m\u00f2lt i seguim muntant. Afegirem el cacau a poc a poc i amb una esp\u00e0tula l&#039;integrarem amb moviments envoltants procurant que no s&#039;abaixi la barreja.<\/li><li>Obrirem el tortell per la meitat. Amb una m\u00e0niga pastissera i amb un filtre arrissat omplim el tortell.
