Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Anxoves per decorar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Olives farcides<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer 12 canap\u00e8s de Salm\u00f3 Fumat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 llesques Pa de Motlle sense escor\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Salm\u00f3 Fumat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Rovell d&#039;ou cuit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Rodanxes de Cogombrets en vinagre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer 12 canap\u00e8s de Palets de Cranc:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 llesques Pa de Motlle sense escor\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Palets de Cranc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Formatge Crema (Philadelphia)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Gambes sense pell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Clara d&#039;un ou cuit<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer 12 canap\u00e8s de Pernil de Jabugo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 llesques Pa de Motlle sense escor\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 grs. Pernil de Jabugo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Formatge Crema (Philadelphia)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 mitges Nous pelades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer 12 canap\u00e8s de Sobrassada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 llesques Pa de Motlle sense escor\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Sobrassada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Mel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Ous de guatlla cuits<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer els canap\u00e8s d&#039;Anxova, triturarem 3 anxoves fins aconseguir una pasta a la qual afegirem la mantega a temperatura ambient. Barregem fins que quedi tot integrat. Untarem generosament dues llesques de pa de motlle. Tallarem el pa en tres trossos i despr\u00e9s per la meitat, de manera que aconseguirem 6 canap\u00e8s. Agafarem mitja oliva i amb una anxova embolicarem l&#039;oliva. Posarem l&#039;oliva al centre del canap\u00e8.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer els canap\u00e8s de Salm\u00f3 Fumat, triturarem el salm\u00f3 i ho afegirem a la mantega a punt pomada juntament amb el rovell d&#039;ou cuit. Barrejarem amb una forquilla fins aconseguir una pasta que ser\u00e0 la base del canap\u00e8. Untarem generosament dues llesques de pa de motlle. Tallarem igual que els anteriors. A sobre cobrirem amb trossets de salm\u00f3 fumat i decorarem amb rodanxes de cogombrets en vinagre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer els canap\u00e8s de Palets de Cranc, triturarem els palets de cranc i barrejarem amb el formatge Philadelphia, juntament amb una mica de sal i pebre, fins aconseguir que quedi tot integrat. Untarem tamb\u00e9 les dues llesques de pa i les tallarem igual que les anteriors. A sobre posarem una gambeta pr\u00e8viament bullida i aprofitant la clara de l&#039;ou cuit la ratllarem i la posarem tamb\u00e9 per sobre dels canap\u00e8s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer els canap\u00e8s de Pernil de Jabugo, triturarem el pernil fins a aconseguir una pasta i ho barrejarem amb el formatge Philadelphia fins a aconseguir que quedi ben integrat. Untarem les dues llesques de pa de motlle i les tallarem com les anteriors. A sobre i al centre dipositarem mitja nou pelada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer els canap\u00e8s de Sobrassada barrejarem la sobrassada amb la mantega i una culleradeta de mel, fins a aconseguir una pasta homog\u00e8nia. Untarem el pa de motlle i el tallarem a 6 trossets. A sobre posarem mig ou de guatlla cuita. Els ous de guatlla cal posar-los amb l&#039;aigua freda i quan comenci a bullir l&#039;aigua han de tenir nom\u00e9s 5 minuts de cocci\u00f3.
