Les tallarem a rodanxes de \u00bd cent\u00edmetre i amb elles cobrirem el fons de la safata. Salpebrarem.<\/li><li>Tallarem el carbass\u00f3 a rodanxes tamb\u00e9 de \u00bd cent\u00edmetre aproximadament i les posarem damunt de les patates. Salpebrarem.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant 30 minuts.<\/li><li>Pelarem i tallarem els alls a discos. En una paella petita tirarem for\u00e7a oli d&#039;oliva i seguidament els alls i la caiena tallada i fregirem amb el foc molt baix, fins que els alls comencin a daurar-se, tenint molta cura que no es cremin.<\/li><li>Quan les patates ja estiguin pr\u00e0cticament cuites, traurem la safata del forn i incorporarem les daurades obertes per la meitat i sense espines. Salpebrarem i ruixarem amb oli d&#039;oliva i les enfornarem durant 10 minuts aproximadament.
