Una recepta de cullera, super senzill de preparar i amb un valor nutritiu alt, si vols pot ser el plat principal i \u00fanic d&#039;un \u00e0pat. Llenties cuites<\/li><li>250 gr. Costella de Porc<\/li><li>200 gr. Salsitxes o llonganisses<\/li><li>1 Xori\u00e7o fresc<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>1 Pebrot verd<\/li><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>100 gr. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li><li>600 ml. Brou de Pollastre aprox.<\/li><li>Farigola<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Picarem els alls i la ceba. Tallarem en quadradets el pebrot verd.<\/li><li>En una cassola hi posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui bullint incorporarem la costella de porc pr\u00e8viament salada. Daurarem pels dos costats.<\/li><li>Fregirem les salsitxes partides per la meitat i ho reservarem tot.<\/li><li>En el mateix oli i amb el foc baix hi tirarem els alls picats, farem unes voltes i afegirem la ceba ia continuaci\u00f3 el pebrot verd trossejat petit. Salpebrarem.<\/li><li>Sofregirem a foc lent durant uns 7 minuts i quan estigui tot ben tou incorporarem el tom\u00e0quet fregit. Remenarem i afegirem el xori\u00e7o tallat a discos i la farigola<\/li><li>Despr\u00e9s de 5 minuts afegirem les llenties ben escorregudes.
