Dipositarem la massa de pasta de full i traurem el paper que la cobria.<\/li><li>Empolvorarem tamb\u00e9 l&#039;altra part de la massa amb sucre per sobre.<\/li><li>Estendrem els cabells d&#039;\u00e0ngel per la meitat de la placa de pasta de full, repartint-los b\u00e9.<\/li><li>Doblegarem la massa, tapant tota la part que porta els cabells d&#039;\u00e0ngel.<\/li><li>Partirem la massa per la meitat i tallarem tamb\u00e9 unes tires d&#039;uns 2 cent\u00edmetres d&#039;amplada aproximadament.<\/li><li>Agafarem una tira de pasta de full i li donarem tres voltes donant-li una forma d&#039;espiral.<\/li><li>Passarem els palets a una safata de forn amb paper vegetal. Els pintarem amb ou batut i els hi posarem per sobre sucre en gra.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant 17 minuts. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn.
