Bolets al gust<\/li><li>70 gr. Panceta salada<\/li><li>8 Xalotes<\/li><li>500 ml. Vi Negre<\/li><li>40 ml. Brandy<\/li><li>25 gr. Mantega<\/li><li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li><li>1 Cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li><li>Farigola<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Salpebrarem el pollastre. Abocarem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola i quan estigui bullint afegirem el pollastre trossejat. Ho daurarem pels dos costats amb el foc fort. Reservarem el pollastre.<\/li><li>Afegirem a la cassola la cansalada tallada i la fregirem. Abocarem les escalunyes tallades per la meitat i les sofregirem durant uns 3 minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem els alls tallats a discos. Donarem un parell de voltes i farem els bolets pr\u00e8viament rentats i cuinarem durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>Afegiu-hi la cullerada de farina i remeneu-ho. Abocarem la mantega i el brandi i courem durant uns dos minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Abocarem la farigola i el vi negre i quan arrenqui a bullir introduirem el pollastre a la cassola. Taparem la cassola i courem amb el foc molt baix durant uns 40 minuts aproximadament, o fins que el pollastre estigui tendre.<\/li><li>Si cal, hi anirem afegint aigua calenta si la salsa s&#039;espesseix massa i comprovarem de sal.<\/li><li>Aquest plat \u00e9s convenient deixar-lo reposar, ja que els sabors quedaran m\u00e9s concentrats.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Pollastre al Vi amb Bolets per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Receta casera y tradicional de Pollo al Vino con Setas.
