Bolets variats<\/li><li>40 gr. Xocolata negra<\/li><li>25 gr. Ametlles torrades<\/li><li>2 llesques pa fregit<\/li><li>150 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>100 ml. Brandy<\/li><li>Farigola, Llorer i Romero<\/li><li>Julivert&nbsp;<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>1 Gla\u00e7 de brou de Carn (opcional)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Picarem les cebes i els alls. Salpebrarem el conill pels dos costats<\/li><li>En una cassola ampla posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent fregirem el conill per tots dos costats. En fregir taparem la cassola ja que el conill sol esquitxar. Reservarem.<\/li><li>Abaixarem el foc i afegirem les llesques de pa i els alls i seguidament la ceba. Ofegarem durant uns 5 minuts o fins que la ceba estigui tova. Quan el pa estigui fregit el reservarem. Incorporarem el conill a la cassola<\/li><li>Reservarem tamb\u00e9 la meitat del fetge per fer la picada o picada.<\/li><li>Agregarem el vi i el brandi remourem una mica i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol abocarem els bolets trossejats, la farigola, el roman\u00ed, el llorer i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou esmicolat. Remenarem i afegirem aigua bullint per a la cocci\u00f3 i tamb\u00e9 la xocolata trossejada. Courem amb el foc baix fins que el conill estigui tou aproximadament uns 30 minuts.<\/li><li>Per fer la picada picarem les ametlles, el pa fregit, la meitat del fetge, el julivert amb el batedor el\u00e8ctric o tamb\u00e9 es pot fer a m\u00e0.<\/li><li>Tot seguit tirarem la picada i remenarem perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben barrejat.
