Gambes petites sense pell<\/li><li>150 gr. Xampinyons<\/li><li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>1 Ceba petita<\/li><li>Salsa de Soja<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>1 Guindilla o Caiena<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Rentarem el Brocol\u00ed i tallarem els ramells. Si s\u00f3n molt grans, els tallarem per la meitat.<\/li><li>Picarem els alls i la ceba i reservarem. Rentarem els xampinyons i els tallarem a trossos d&#039;un dit aproximadament.<\/li><li>En una olla posarem aigua i sal i quan estigui bullint incorporarem el brocol\u00ed i ho courem durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament.<\/li><li>En una paella fonda hi posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan ja estigui calent afegirem els alls i tot seguit la ceba. Sofregirem amb el foc baix durant uns quatre minuts, fins que comenci a daurar-se.<\/li><li>Afegirem els xampinyons i els ofegarem uns dos minuts. A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem les gambes i la caiena. Remenarem i ofegarem durant uns dos minuts.<\/li><li>Tot seguit afegirem la salsa de Soja al gust i remourem.<\/li><li>Escorrerem el br\u00f2quil i l&#039;incorporarem a la paella.
