Sal<\/li><li>Crema de Cacau amb Avellanes (Nocilla)<\/li><li>Sucre per decorar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En un bol gran hi posarem els ous i el rovell d&#039;ou. Batem una mica i afegirem el sucre. Batrem amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques durant uns 3 minuts<\/li><li>Afegirem l&#039;oli, la llet, la ratlladura de taronja i l&#039;aigua de tarongina. Batrem durant 1 minut m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Incorporarem a poc a poc la farina i el llevat qu\u00edmic que pr\u00e8viament hem barrejat i tamisat. Batrem-ho tot fins que quedi ben integrat, aproximadament uns 3 minuts.<\/li><li>Posarem els petit fours (motlles) en una safata de forn i amb l\u00b4ajuda d\u00b4una m\u00e0niga pastissera, els farcirem fins a la meitat.<\/li><li>Amb una m\u00e0niga pastissera posarem la crema de cacau per sobre i acabarem d&#039;omplir els motlles amb la massa de magdalenes, per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s 3\/4 parts ja que al forn s&#039;inflen i no conv\u00e9 que arrebossin. Per sobre hi posarem una mica de sucre.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 210 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant 18 minuts. Dep\u00e8n del forn. Comprovarem amb un escuradents que estiguin cuites. El forn no es pot obrir fins que veieu que tenen for\u00e7a color, ja que en obrir-lo abans, es poden desinflar les magdalenes.<\/li><li>Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Magdalenes
