Carn m\u00f2lta de Vedella<\/li><li>250 gr. Carn m\u00f2lta de Porc<\/li><li>2 Ous<\/li><li>800 gr. Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>100 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>60 gr. Pa ratllat<\/li><li>Orenga<\/li><li>All i Julivert picats<\/li><li>1 culleradeta de Sucre<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En un bol hi posarem els ous, l&#039;all i julivert picats, el pebre i la sal. Batem els ous i afegirem la carn picada. Barrejarem fins que estigui tot integrat.<\/li><li>Afegirem el pa ratllat i l&#039;integrarem totalment a la carn.<\/li><li>Amb les mans ben netes, farem unes boles una mica grans i les aplanarem fins que els donem la forma d&#039;hamburguesa. Arrebossarem els filets russos amb la farina i empolvorarem per treure la farina sobrant.<\/li><li>En una cassola i quan l&#039;oli estigui ben calent fregirem les hamburgueses pels dos costats. Nom\u00e9s s&#039;han de daurar i quedar cruetes per dins. Reservarem.<\/li><li>Al mateix oli i amb el foc baix, afegirem la ceba picada. Quan comenci a daurar-se hi posarem el vi blanc.<\/li><li>Quan evapori l&#039;alcohol afegirem el tom\u00e0quet ratllat al que hem afegit el sucre. Remenarem i cuinarem la salsa fins que el tom\u00e0quet estigui fregit.<\/li><li>Afegirem una mica d&#039;aigua a la salsa i quan comenci a bullir incorporarem els filets russos i all i julivert picats.
