Traurem el paper que porta la massa de pasta de full.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Per sobre de la placa estendrem els talls de formatge, omplint tota la superf\u00edcie, deixant lliure un cent\u00edmetre per cada costat. Cobrirem amb una capa de pernil dol\u00e7.<\/li><li>Doblegarem uns 4 cent\u00edmetres la placa de pasta de full pels dos costats, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li><li>Tornarem a doblegar pels dos costats, prement perqu\u00e8 s&#039;enganxi i farem una altra duplicitat, tamb\u00e9 pels dos costats. Anirem traient la farina amb un pinzell.<\/li><li>Finalment apretarem i muntarem els dos dobles un a sobre de l&#039;altre com si fos un llibre.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Perqu\u00e8 ens quedi ben recte, tallarem un primer tros per alinear i despr\u00e9s, sempre amb un ganivet ben esmolat tallarem porcions d&#039;1 cent\u00edmetre cadascuna, que dipositarem en una safata de forn amb paper de fornejar per sobre.<\/li><li>Les obrirem una mica per donar-li la forma de les palmeretes, tenint la precauci\u00f3 de no ajuntar-les perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxin les unes amb les altres, ja que al forn creixen.
