Albercocs<\/li><li>500 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>Suc de 1 Llimona<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Per esterilitzar els pots i les tapes, els posarem en una olla amb aigua abundant i quan comenci a bullir l&#039;aigua, els bullirem durant 10 minuts. Els deixarem temperar i els escorrerem a sobre d&#039;un drap de cuina.<\/li><li>Rentarem i pelarem els albercocs. Els tallarem a trossos.<\/li><li>En una cassola posarem els pr\u00e9ssecs, el sucre i el suc de llimona. Courem amb el foc baix durant uns 40 minuts o fins que estiguin molt tous. Durant la cocci\u00f3, remourem de tant en tant.<\/li><li>Es poden triturar els albercocs amb tot el suc amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric. Si ens agrada trobar alguna ensopegada es pot envasar directament, i deixarem refredar.<\/li><li>Omplirem els pots, deixant un petit espai i taparem b\u00e9 els pots. Han de quedar ben tancats.<\/li><li>En una cassola posarem un drap de cuina al fons per evitar que es poguessin trencar els pots.
