Galetes Maria<\/li><li>70 gr. Pa de pessic Soletilla<\/li><li>60 gr. Mantega<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Mousse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>150 gr. Xocolata per fondre<\/li><li>300 gr. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li><li>4 Ous<\/li><li>75 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>2 Fulles Gelatina neutra<\/li><li>50 ml. Llet<\/li><li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Cobertura:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 ml. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li><li>140 gr. Xocolata per fondre<\/li><li>30 gr. Mantega<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Triturarem les galetes i els pa de pessic de soletilla i afegirem la mantega que hem fos al microones. Amb una forquilla ho integrarem tot.<\/li><li>En una safata amb paper d&#039;enfornar per sobre hi posarem uns c\u00e8rcols. Farem una base amb la massa de les galetes triturades i ho aplanarem amb el fons d&#039;un got. Guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts perqu\u00e8 se solidifiqui.<\/li><li>Per fer el bany maria posarem al foc, un cass\u00f3 amb aigua calenta ia sobre un recipient on fondrem la xocolata amb la calor.<\/li><li>Hidratarem la gelatina amb aigua durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>A bol posarem els rovells d&#039;ou, la meitat del sucre i batrem fins que blanquegin els rovells.<\/li><li>Muntarem les clares d&#039;ou amb un pessic de sal, i abans d&#039;acabar de muntar-les a punt de neu hi afegirem la resta del sucre.<\/li><li>Dissoldrem la gelatina escorreguda amb la llet calenta.<\/li><li>Guardarem la nata i el recipient on l&#039;anem a muntar al congelador durant uns 10 minuts. Muntarem la nata.<\/li><li>Barrejarem la gelatina amb els rovells batuts i aix\u00f2 ho integrarem a la xocolata que ha d&#039;estar tebi.<\/li><li>Tot seguit incorporarem a poc a poc la nata muntada i amb una esp\u00e0tula remourem fins que quedi ben integrada.<\/li><li>Finalment, afegirem en diverses vegades les clares a punt de neu tamb\u00e9 amb moviments envoltants fins que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li><li>Omplirem els motlles fins a dalt de tot i els allisarem. Guardarem al frigor\u00edfic almenys durant unes 4 hores.<\/li><li>Prepararem el ganache de xocolata posant en un cass\u00f3 la nata i quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc i amb la calor residual fondrem la xocolata que ho hem triturat. Afegiu-hi la mantega i remeneu-ho fins que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li><li>Per desemmotllar els c\u00e8rcols amb facilitat els passarem per sobre un drap de cuina ben mullat amb aigua calenta i prement per la part de sota la mousse sortir\u00e0 amb facilitat, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li><li>Cobrirem els pastissets per sobre amb el ganache de xocolata i els guardarem al frigor\u00edfic fins al moment de servir-los.
