Vi Blanc<\/li><li>1 litre de Caldo de Peix<\/li><li>2 Llesques de pa<\/li><li>Julivert<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>1 pessic de Sucre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tallarem els alls laminats. En una cassola ampla hi posarem l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i de seguida els alls. Hem de fregir els alls amb el foc molt baix i amb molta cura que no es cremin. Quan estiguin daurats cal retirar-los del foc i reservar-los.<\/li><li>Fregirem les llesques de pa i les reservarem. Abocarem el julivert amb molt de compte ja que pot deixar anar aigua. \u00c9s un moment, posar-lo a l&#039;oli i de seguida treure&#039;l.<\/li><li>Pelar els tom\u00e0quets i picar-los finament.<\/li><li>Abocarem el pebre vermell a la cassola donant-hi unes voltes, procurant que no es cremi. Afegirem el tom\u00e0quet picat i una culleradeta de sucre per treure l&#039;acidesa del tom\u00e0quet. Sofregirem el tom\u00e0quet amb el foc molt baix. Ha de quedar com una melmelada.<\/li><li>Pelarem i rentarem les patates i les espetejarem a trossos petits. Fer petar \u00e9s enfonsar el ganivet i esquin\u00e7ar la patata en tallar-la, aix\u00ed en coure-les deixaran anar el mid\u00f3 i aix\u00f2 ajuda a espessir la salsa.<\/li><li>Afegirem les patates a la cassola. Donarem unes voltes i tirarem el vi blanc, courem fins que evapori l&#039;alcohol<\/li><li>Afegirem el brou de peix a poc a poc i aix\u00ed controlarem que la salsa no ens quedi gaire l\u00edquida. Abocarem sal i pebre. Cuinarem les patates durant uns 15 minuts i anirem afegint brou, si cal.<\/li><li>Salarem els lloms de llobarro pels dos costats i els incorporarem a la cassola amb la pell avall.<\/li><li>Al morter hi posarem els alls, el julivert i el pa fregit. Picarem fins a aconseguir una pasta.<\/li><li>Despr\u00e9s de coure el llobarro durant uns 5 minuts afegirem la picada, movent la cassola perqu\u00e8 es vagi integrant tot.
