Ja veur\u00e0s que \u00e9s m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil del que sembla i el resultat \u00e9s espectacular, \u00e9s important que utilitzis unes copes de vidre ja que aix\u00ed podran apreciar clarament les dues capes de qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 compost, queda espectacular<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/R2qj5F0I-YA\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS PER A 8 PERSONES:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 Sobre de Quallada<\/li><li>500 ml. Llet<\/li><li>50 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>60 gr. Galetes Digestive<\/li><li>70 gr. Xocolata Fondant<\/li><li>Cacau a Pols<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Per fer el Sabai\u00f3 de Caf\u00e8:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>8 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li><li>100 gr. Sucre<\/li><li>100 ml. Aigua<\/li><li>100 ml. Licor Baileys<\/li><li>8 gr. Caf\u00e8 soluble<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Reservarem una mica de llet per desfer el sobre de quallada. Remenarem fins que quedi ben integrat.<\/li><li>En un cass\u00f3 hi posarem la resta de llet i el sucre i quan comenci a bullir el separarem del foc i afegirem la quallada. Courem la quallada amb el foc molt baix i sense deixar de remenar. Quan torneu a bullir, apagarem el foc i deixarem entebeir.<\/li><li>Seguidament posarem la quallada a la base de les copes i les deixarem al frigor\u00edfic durant 4 hores com a m\u00ednim.<\/li><li>Per fer el Sabay\u00f3n, dissoldrem el caf\u00e8 soluble amb l&#039;aigua t\u00e8bia i passarem a un bol, juntament amb el sucre i el licor. Barrejarem una mica i afegirem els rovells d&#039;ou. Batrem amb unes varetes fins que quedi tot incorporat.<\/li><li>Per quallar el Sabay\u00f3n farem un bany maria. En un cass\u00f3 posarem l&#039;aigua i al damunt un recipient amb la nostra barreja. L&#039;aigua no ha de tocar el recipient i cal tenir el foc molt, per\u00f2 molt baix, sense arribar a bullir l&#039;aigua. La temperatura no ha de sobrepassar els 90 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads.<\/li><li>Batrem amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques. Tamb\u00e9 es pot fer amb un batedor manual. La barreja ha de triplicar-ne el volum. Molt important, si l&#039;aigua comen\u00e7a a bullir traurem el recipient del foc i continuarem batent, fins que es refredi una mica i puguem tornar a quallar fins que s&#039;espesseixi. Hem batut el sabai\u00f3 durant 15 minuts. Ho deixarem refredar.<\/li><li>Esmicolarem les galetes i picarem la xocolata. Han de quedar ensopegades molt petites.<\/li><li>La quallada la cobrirem amb les galetes i la xocolata esmicolada.<\/li><li>A sobre hi posarem el sabai\u00f3 de caf\u00e8 i el guardarem al frigor\u00edfic fins al moment de servir-lo.<\/li><li>Adornarem per sobre amb cacau en pols.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsellem que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Cuajada amb Sabay\u00f3n de Caf\u00e9 i Baileys per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un poste idela para sorprender una Cuajada con Sabay\u00f3n de Caf\u00e9 y Baileys.
