Salsa Maionesa<\/li><li>Unes gotes de Tabasco (opcional)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En una olla petita hi posarem l&#039;aigua freda, els ous que han d&#039;estar a temperatura ambient i la sal. Quan l&#039;aigua comenci a bullir, courem els ous durant 10 minuts.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Hem preparat un bol amb aigua freda i dos gla\u00e7ons de gel i quan els ous estiguin cuits els introduirem a l&#039;aigua per tallar-los la cocci\u00f3. Un cop estiguin ben freds els pelarem i els partirem per la meitat.<\/li><li>Traurem els rovells i en guardarem un parell per decorar.<\/li><li>Amb una picadora el\u00e8ctrica picarem el salm\u00f3, la resta dels rovells i les cebetes.<\/li><li>Quan estigui ben picat ho barrejarem amb la maionesa i el formatge crema. Afegirem, si ens agrada, unes gotes de tabasco per donar-li un toc picantet.<\/li><li>Per farcir els ous posarem la barreja en una m\u00e0niga pastissera i un filtre arrissat.
