Durant la cocci\u00f3, remourem de tant en tant.<\/li><li>Triturarem els pr\u00e9ssecs amb tot el suc amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric i deixarem refredar.<\/li><li>Omplirem els pots, deixant un petit espai i taparem b\u00e9 els pots. Han de quedar ben tancats.<\/li><li>En una cassola posarem un drap de cuina al fons per evitar que es poguessin trencar els pots.
