Maduixes<\/li><li>400 gr. Formatge Crem\u00f3s (Philadelphia)<\/li><li>200 ml. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li><li>60 ml. Suc de Taronja<\/li><li>100 gr. Sucre glas<\/li><li>4 Fulles de Gelatina neutra<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Gelatina:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>600 gr. Maduixes<\/li><li>8 fulles de Gelatina neutra<\/li><li>50 gr. Sucre glas<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Crema Mascarpone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 Formatge Mascarpone<\/li><li>2 Iogurts blancs grecs<\/li><li>2 Iogurts de llimona<\/li><li>60 gr. Sucre glas<\/li><li>40 ml. Licor Cointreau (opcional)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hidratarem en un bol amb aigua la gelatina durant 5 minuts.<\/li><li>En un bol gran posarem les maduixes tallades per la meitat, el suc de taronja i el sucre. Triturarem tot amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric. Es pot passar despr\u00e9s per un colador xin\u00e8s, si us agrada molt fi.<\/li><li>En un got amb una mica d&#039;aigua ben calenta dissoldrem la gelatina i l&#039;afegirem a la barreja juntament amb el formatge Philadelphia. Batrem amb el batedor el\u00e8ctric fins que tot quedi ben integrat.<\/li><li>Muntarem la nata que l&#039;hem guardat juntament amb el recipient al congelador durant uns 10 minuts.<\/li><li>Afegirem la nata muntada i la integrarem amb un batedor manual.<\/li><li>Dipositarem la mousse en recipients individuals, deixant espai per posar despr\u00e9s la gelatina, i la crema mascarpone. Els guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant una hora perqu\u00e8 qualli.<\/li><li>Per fer la gelatina. Hidratarem les plaques de gelatina durant 5 minuts.<\/li><li>En un got amb una mica d&#039;aigua ben calenta dissoldrem la gelatina i l&#039;afegirem a les maduixes que pr\u00e8viament hem triturat amb el batedor el\u00e8ctric. Batrem-ho tot fins que estigui ben barrejat. Comprovar i si li falta sucre se li pot afegir sucre m\u00f2lt i batre-ho una mica m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Cobrirem la mousse amb la gelatina, m\u00e9s o menys un cent\u00edmetre. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s al gust. El guardarem de nou a la nevera.<\/li><li>Ara prepararem la crema mascarpone. Per aix\u00f2 posarem en un bol, el formatge mascarpone, els iogurts, el sucre glas i el licor Cointreau i el batrem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric. Cobrirem la mousse amb la crema mascarpone.
