Tonyina en Oli d&#039;Oliva (pes escorregut)<\/li><li>2 Cebes<\/li><li>150 gr. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>Orenga<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Formatge ratllat per gratinar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tallarem la part de dalt de les alberg\u00ednies i les partirem per la meitat.<\/li><li>Farem uns talls transversals, salarem i ruixarem amb oli d&#039;oliva i els posarem en una safata per anar al forn.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Han estat coent 35 minuts, ja dep\u00e8n de com siguin de grans les alberg\u00ednies.<\/li><li>Picarem les cebes i els alls. Ho reservarem tot junt.<\/li><li>Buidarem la polpa de les alberg\u00ednies amb l\u00b4ajuda d\u00b4una cullera, procurant que no es trenquin les alberg\u00ednies per la part de baix.&nbsp;<\/li><li>En una cassola ampla posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi afegirem la ceba i els alls. Salarem i ofegarem amb el foc baix durant uns 7 minuts fins que la ceba estigui transparent.<\/li><li>Afegirem la polpa de les alberg\u00ednies que hem aixafat amb una forquilla. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri tot i courem durant uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Incorporarem la tonyina esmicolada i l&#039;integrarem. A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit, l&#039;orenga i el pebre. Barreja-ho tot i cou-ho durant uns 3 minuts m\u00e9s<\/li><li>Omplirem les alberg\u00ednies i les cobrirem amb el formatge ratllat.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Gratinarem les alberg\u00ednies al forn amb calor per la part de dalt, si no teniu gratinador. Han estat al forn durant 10 minuts aproximadament.
