Ja veur\u00e0s que aquest llegum combina perfectament amb molts tipus de peix, aquesta vegada els hem cuinat amb Chipirones tamb\u00e9 coneguts com a puntetes de Calamar. Pots preparar-los o amb p\u00e8sols frescos o si vols amb p\u00e8sols congelats. P\u00e8sols congelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>800 grs. Calamarsons o Puntetes de Calamar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Alls tendres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Cebes petites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Ametlles torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Avellanes torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menta fresca i Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u00d1ora o Pebrot xoricer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hidratarem amb aigua calenta la nyora durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picarem les cebes tendres finament i tallarem en discos petits els alls tendres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola i quan l&#039;oli estigui calent hi tirem les cebes i els alls i ho ofegarem amb el foc baix durant uns 2 minuts procurant que els alls no es torrin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els calamarsets i els donarem unes voltes. Abocarem la sal i el pebre. Els calamarsets deixaran anar aigua. Ho courem fins que s&#039;hagi absorbit l&#039;aigua.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit afegirem el vi i courem fins que s&#039;evapori l&#039;alcohol, m\u00e9s o menys uns 2 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el tom\u00e0quet ratllat al qual hem afegit una culleradeta de sucre per treure acidesa al tom\u00e0quet. Courem tot durant uns 4 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem els p\u00e8sols a la cassola, les fulles de menta i aigua bullint per a la cocci\u00f3. Els courem durant uns 5 minuts o fins que estiguin tendres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rasparem amb un ganivet la polpa de la nyora i la dipositarem en un got batedor juntament amb els alls tallats, el julivert abundant, les ametlles i avellanes torrades. Afegirem tamb\u00e9 una mica del brou de la cassola i ho batrem tot amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem la picada o picada a la cassola.
