Remenarem i farem un alm\u00edvar amb el foc molt baix, fins a aconseguir el punt de fil, aix\u00f2 \u00e9s quan amb una cullerada agafem una mica de l&#039;alm\u00edvar i cau com si fos un fil.<\/li><li>Obrirem la vainilla tallant-la per la meitat i amb la punta del ganivet traurem la polpa que afegirem a l&#039;alm\u00edvar.<\/li><li>Batem amb un batedor manual els rovells d&#039;ou i quan l&#039;alm\u00edvar estigui entebe\u00eft l&#039;afegirem a poc a poc als rovells, batent constantment fins que s&#039;integri totalment.<\/li><li>Passarem la crema de rovell a un cass\u00f3 i amb el foc molt, molt baix escalfarem la crema, remenant sense parar perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi al fons de la cassola.<\/li><li>La crema ha d&#039;espessir.
