Bacall\u00e0 dessalat<\/li><li>1 Ceba tendra<\/li><li>2 Tom\u00e0quets d&#039;Amanida<\/li><li>1 Pebrot verd<\/li><li>3 Ous cuits<\/li><li>Olives farcides d&#039;Anxoves<\/li><li>6 Cullerades soperes d&#039;Oli d&#039;Oliva verge<\/li><li>3 Cullerades soperes de Vinagre de Jerez<\/li><li>Sal i pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem aigua en un cass\u00f3 i els ous a temperatura ambient i sal. Quan laigua bulli courem els ous 10 minuts. Els deixarem refredar totalment amb aigua i un gla\u00e7\u00f3 de gel. Els pelarem.<\/li><li>En un bol gran posarem els cigrons cuits, el bacall\u00e0 tallat a quadradets, la ceba, els tom\u00e0quets, el pebrot tot tallat a quadrats petits i les olives partides per la meitat. Ho barrejarem tot.<\/li><li>Prepararem una salsa vinagreta posant en un pot de vidre petit, les 6 cullerades d&#039;oli, 3 de vinagre, la sal i el pebre negre.
