Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li><li>250 gr. Tonyina en oli (3 llaunes pes escorregut)<\/li><li>8 talls formatge crem\u00f3s de sandvitx<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Formatge ratllat per gratinar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tallarem les puntes dels carbassons. Tallarem al llarg un primer tall finit per treure la pell i aix\u00ed ens quedaran els altres talls regulars. Tallarem al llarg uns talls de \u00bd cent\u00edmetre cadascuna.<\/li><li>En una cassola posarem oli d&#039;oliva abundant i quan estigui calent fregirem els carbassons pels dos costats. Un cop fregit els dipositarem sobre paper absorbent de cuina perqu\u00e8 deixin anar l&#039;oli sobrant.<\/li><li>Posarem en una paella una mica de l&#039;oli de fregir els carbassons i quan estigui calent afegirem la ceba picada molt fina. Sofregirem amb el foc sota uns 3 minuts. Afegirem el pebrot picat molt petit i cuinarem durant uns 4 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit. Donarem unes voltes i tirarem la tonyina ben escorreguda i esmicolada. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri tot. Cuinarem tot junt durant uns 2 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>En una safata petita de forn posarem al fons tres l\u00e0mines de carbass\u00f3, procurant omplir tota la superf\u00edcie. A sobre la meitat del sofregit i damunt cobrint amb els talls de formatge.<\/li><li>Farem una altra capa de carbass\u00f3, la resta del sofregit i una darrera capa de formatge i per sobre el formatge ratllat.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads, nom\u00e9s per la part de dalt. La safata la posarem al centre del forn i aix\u00ed s&#039;escalfar\u00e0 tot.
