Avui us mostrem com preparar una deliciosa Panacota amb Licor de Crema Catalana i culis de Crema Anglesa. Unes postres exquisides i amb decoraci\u00f3 escel\u00b7lent. Nata per muntar<\/li><li>225 ml. Licor de crema Catalana<\/li><li>375 grs. Formatge Mascarpone<\/li><li>70 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>9 Fulles de Gelatina neutra<\/li><li>1 cullerada sopera de Vainilla l\u00edquida<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la crema Anglesa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>750 ml. Llet<\/li><li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>6 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li><li>1 Pal de Canela<\/li><li>Pell d&#039;una llimona<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hidratarem les fulles de gelatina amb aigua durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>En un cass\u00f3 al foc posarem la nata per muntar, el licor de crema, el sucre, la vainilla l\u00edquida i el formatge mascarpone i ho remourem constantment amb un batedor manual perqu\u00e8 es vagin integrant tots els ingredients. Ho courem amb el foc molt baix fins que comenci a bullir. Apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Afegirem la gelatina ben escorreguda i remourem en\u00e8rgicament fins que estigui ben integrada. Deixarem temperar.<\/li><li>Utilitzarem uns motlles de silicona. Omplirem els motlles fins a la vora. Un cop refredats els deixarem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 4 hores com a m\u00ednim<\/li><li>Per fer la Crema Anglesa posarem en un cass\u00f3 la llet, la pell de llimona, la pell de taronja i el pal de canyella. Quan la llet comenci a bullir apagarem el foc. Taparem el cass\u00f3 i deixem refredar la llet perqu\u00e8 quedi ben infusionada. Despr\u00e9s la colarem.<\/li><li>Separarem els rovells dels ous i els posarem en un bol juntament amb el sucre. Batrem b\u00e9 amb un batedor manual fins que tot estigui ben barrejat.<\/li><li>Afegirem a poc a poc la llet i continuarem batent fins que tot quedi ben integrat.<\/li><li>Posarem la barreja en un cass\u00f3 i amb el foc molt baix anirem remenant fins que vegem que comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 a bullir. De seguida cal apagar el foc, ja que si no ho fem aix\u00ed es podria tallar la barreja.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 posarem la crema en un bol i quan estigui freda la deixarem tapada a la nevera durant unes 2 hores com a m\u00ednim abans d&#039;utilitzar-la.<\/li><li>Per servir les postres, desemmotllarem amb molt de compte, passant la punta d&#039;un ganivet al voltant i aix\u00ed sortir\u00e0 la panacota amb m\u00e9s facilitat.<\/li><li>Posarem la panacota en un plat fondo i al voltant el culis de crema anglesa. Empolvorarem canyella m\u00f2lta per sobre de la crema. Adornarem la panacotta amb unes groselles i un canonet de xocolata, o el que m\u00e9s us agradi.
