Per fer aquesta recepta seguirem els passos que feia la meva \u00e0via, ja veur\u00e0s que \u00e9s un dol\u00e7 molt apetit\u00f3s, el resultat espectacular. Farina de rebosteria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Sucre&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. An\u00eds dol\u00e7 Marie Brizard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta An\u00eds en gra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sobre llevat qu\u00edmic Royal (16 gr.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Taronja i Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol per fregir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre i Canyella en pols per arrebossar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Separarem els rovells i les clares. Amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques, muntarem les clares amb una mica de sal fins a aconseguir el punt de neu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un altre recipient hi posarem els rovells d&#039;ou amb la meitat del sucre i els batrem fins que quedin blanquinosos.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la resta del sucre, la ratlladura de taronja i de llimona, l&#039;an\u00eds en gra, l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i l&#039;an\u00eds dol\u00e7 i batre-ho fins que quedi ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aquesta barreja la barrejarem a poc a poc amb les clares muntades amb moviments envoltants, de baix a dalt, procurant que no es baixin les clares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem la farina amb el llevat qu\u00edmic. Tamisarem i l&#039;afegirem en diverses vegades a la barreja que hem preparat. La integrarem amb l&#039;esp\u00e0tula i, finalment, quan la massa estigui una mica dura, la traurem del bol i acabarem de pastar amb les mans. Aquesta massa \u00e9s una mica enganxosa per\u00f2 a mesura que estimem s&#039;anir\u00e0 enlairant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem una bola i la guardarem dins del bol, que hem untat amb una mica d&#039;oli i tapada amb paper film durant una hora, al frigor\u00edfic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s farem unes boletes amb la massa, aplanarem una mica cada bola i amb un dit farem un forat al centre, donant-li la forma de bunyol i es posarem en una safata gran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella fonda escalfarem l&#039;oli de gira-sol. Cal posar-hi una bona quantitat d&#039;oli per fregir els bunyols i no es cremi l&#039;oli. Un cop l&#039;oli estigui ben calent hi tirem els bunyols i els fregirem pels dos costats. \u00c9s important no posar gaires bunyols ja que l&#039;oli es refreda amb facilitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preparat una safata amb sucre en gra i canyella m\u00f2lta i un cop traiem els bunyols de la paella, els arrebossarem.
