Mongetes o Faves<\/li><li>3 Xori\u00e7os per bullir<\/li><li>3 Botifarra<\/li><li>200 grs. Panceta<\/li><li>200 grs. Pernil Serrano<\/li><li>Aigua<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En un recipient amb aigua freda posarem a remullar els fesols durant unes 8 hores. L&#039;aigua ha de triplicar el volum de les mongetes perqu\u00e8 es puguin hidratar b\u00e9. Escorrerem les mongetes.<\/li><li>Posarem les mongetes en una cassola i les cobrirem amb aigua freda. L&#039;aigua ha de sobresortir dos dits per sobre de les mongetes.<\/li><li>Quan arrenqui a bullir traurem l&#039;escuma que deixi anar el brou i aix\u00ed retirarem qualsevol petita impuresa.<\/li><li>Abocarem el pernil, els xori\u00e7os, la cansalada i les botifarres que pr\u00e8viament haurem punxat. Courem les mongetes amb el foc molt baix i quan torni a bullir afegirem una mica d&#039;aigua freda per espantar-les i aix\u00ed ens quedaran m\u00e9s tendres i senceres. Aquesta operaci\u00f3 cal fer-la tres vegades.<\/li><li>Si hem de remoure les mongetes ho farem amb una cullera de fusta i si cal afegir m\u00e9s aigua per a la cocci\u00f3, ha de ser sempre freda.<\/li><li>Cal coure la fabada molt lentament. Un cop passades 2 hores i 15 minuts traurem de la cassola els xori\u00e7os, les botifarres, el pernil i la cansalada.<\/li><li>Quan hagin refredat una mica tallarem a rodanxes el xori\u00e7o i les botifarres. El pernil i la cansalada els tallarem a daus al nostre gust. Comprovarem de sal i si cal la hi posarem, per\u00f2 sempre bastant al final de la cocci\u00f3.<\/li><li>Es pot servir la fabada amb el compang a part i cada comensal se serveix al seu gust o b\u00e9 afegir-ho a la cassola i barrejar-ho.<\/li><li>La fabada cal deixar-la reposar almenys durant una hora ia poder ser un dia per l&#039;altre.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Fabada Asturiana per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat. <\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hace muy poco hemos visitado Asturias, y nos han ense\u00f1ado c\u00f3mo preparar una deliciosa Fabada Asturiana Casera.
