Fideus Xinesos de Farina de Blat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Pits de Pollastre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pebrot Verd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pebrot Vermell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pebrot Groc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Carbass\u00f3 petit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 Cullerades soperes de Salsa de Soja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem els pits de pollastre a tires. Tallem el carbass\u00f3, els pebrots i la pastanaga a bastonets. La ceba quadradets petits, els xampinyons en discos i els alls trossejats petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrem el pollastre i ho fregim amb una mica d&#039;oli de gira-sol en un wok o una paella ben fonda. Ho remourem perqu\u00e8 es fregeixi tot igual. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli posem els alls, fem una volta i hi afegim la ceba. Remenarem una mica i seguidament afegim la pastanaga i fregim durant un moment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegim els pebrots i fregim una mica, donant-hi unes voltes. Finalment afegim el carbass\u00f3 i els xampinyons. Cal tenir en compte que el foc ha de ser una mica fort i les verdures han de quedar al dente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim el pollastre i remourem. Cal remoure sempre perqu\u00e8 vagin integrant tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la salsa de soja i ho barrejarem tot. Apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per bullir els fideus, posarem abundant aigua i sal en una olla i quan bulli a borbolls, tirem els fideus xinesos i apagarem el foc, deixant reposar els fideus dins de l&#039;olla durant uns 4 minuts tapats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrerem els fideus i els refredarem amb aigua freda perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els fideus al wok i els barrejarem amb les verdures.
