Cigrons secs<\/li><li>1 litre de Caldo de Peix<\/li><li>750 gr. Calamarsons (puntetes de Calamar)<\/li><li>2 Cebes grans<\/li><li>1 Pastanaga<\/li><li>1 Porro<\/li><li>1 Pebrot vermell<\/li><li>1 Pebrot verd<\/li><li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>200 gr. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li><li>150 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li><li>Julivert picat<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem els cigrons en remull amb aigua calenta i sal durant 12 hores.<\/li><li>Escalfarem el brou de peix en una cassola gran i quan bulli afegirem els cigrons pr\u00e8viament rentats i escorreguts i la fulla de llorer.<\/li><li>Per fer el sofregit escalfarem oli d&#039;oliva a una cassola i hi afegirem els alls picats. Farem una volta i farem la pastanaga, una ceba, el porro i els pebrots, tot picat fi. Salarem i remourem. Sofregirem amb el foc baix durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li><li>Tot seguit hi tirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet. Remenarem i cuinarem, sempre amb el foc molt baix durant uns 15 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Hem bullit els cigrons durant 40 minuts i despr\u00e9s afegirem el sofregit als cigrons. Remenarem amb una cullera de pal. I courem uns 20 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>En una cassola hi posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi tirem l&#039;altra ceba picada molt fina, el pebre i la sal. Sofregirem durant uns 15 minuts i afegirem els calamarsets. Cuinarem amb el foc fort perqu\u00e8 els calamarsets deixin anar tota l&#039;aigua, i pugui ser absorbida a poc a poc. Quan ja no quedi aigua, hi tirem el vi i abundant julivert picat.
