Nata per cuinar<\/li><li>50 gr. Formatge Crema (Philadelphia)<\/li><li>400 ml. Llet<\/li><li>30 gr. Mantega<\/li><li>Nou Moscada<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>200 gr. Pernil Serrano<\/li><li>Picatostos pa torrat<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tallarem els ramells de la coliflor a trossos, el porro a rodanxes i la ceba a trossos petits.<\/li><li>En una paella hi posarem la mantega i una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva. Quan la mantega es fongui afegirem el porro i la ceba. Ofegarem fins que comenci a daurar-se.<\/li><li>En una olla escalfarem el brou de pollastre i quan bulli hi tirarem el pebre, la nou moscada, el porro, la ceba juntament amb el suc que hagi quedat a la paella i tamb\u00e9 la coliflor.<\/li><li>Bullirem durant 25 minuts i afegirem el formatge crema i la nata per cuinar. Courem uns 2 o 3 minuts m\u00e9s. Comprovarem de sal.<\/li><li>Tallarem el pernil a tires de mig cent\u00edmetre i fregirem fins que estigui cruixent. Reservarem sobre paper absorbent de cuina.<\/li><li>Batrem la crema amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.
