Vinagre de M\u00f2dena<\/li><li>70 grs. Mel de Romero<\/li><li>1 Branca de Romero<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Amb un ganivet farem uns lleugers talls transversals al magret, per la part de la pell. D&#039;aquesta manera quan ho rostirem deixar\u00e0 anar gran part del seu greix.<\/li><li>Salpebrarem abundantment pels dos costats. Ruixarem el magret amb unes gotes d&#039;oli que distribuirem per tota la superf\u00edcie. Deixarem macerar durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li><li>Picarem finament les cebes tendres.<\/li><li>Escalfarem la paella i posarem el magret per la part de la pell per rostir-lo. El magret deixar\u00e0 anar for\u00e7a quantitat d&#039;oli que guardarem en un recipient met\u00e0l\u00b7lic. Cada cop que hi hagi una mica de greix la traurem de la paella.<\/li><li>Rostirem el magret durant uns 5 minuts per cada costat. Ha de quedar daurat.<\/li><li>Quan s&#039;hagi refredat una mica la paella, hi posarem una mica del greix del magret ia continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem les cebes tendres i la branca de roman\u00ed. Sofregirem amb el foc molt baix fins que la ceba estigui transparent. Traurem el full de roman\u00ed.<\/li><li>Afegirem la mel que hem dilu\u00eft al microones, hi posarem tamb\u00e9 el vinagre. Remenarem i courem durant uns 2 minuts. Batem la salsa amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric. Si en servir la salsa s&#039;ha espessit massa, es pot afegir una mica m\u00e9s de l&#039;oli del magret.<\/li><li>Tallarem el magret a rodanxes fines.
