Carbassa sense pell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. Llevat Qu\u00edmic Royal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada de Canyella en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem la carbassa i la ratllem. Tot seguit la batem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric fins a fer un pur\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desfem la mantega al microones i la deixem entebeir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem els ous i el sucre en un bol i els batem amb les varetes durant uns quatre minuts fins que quedin ben escumats i d&#039;un color blanquin\u00f3s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol gran posarem la farina tamisada juntament amb la canyella en pols i el llevat i hi afegim el pur\u00e9 de carbassa i la mantega fosa. Barregem una mica perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem al bol la barreja que ten\u00edem preparada del sucre i els ous. Ho batrem una mica m\u00e9s amb les varetes el\u00e8ctriques<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untarem amb mantega un motlle i posarem la barreja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 50 minuts aproximadament. El temps dep\u00e8n de cada forn, cal anar controlant i fer la prova del escuradents i quan surt sec el escuradents ja tenim el pa de pessic cuit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Als 30 minuts hem tapat el pa de pessic amb paper d&#039;alumini perqu\u00e8 no es daur\u00e9s gaire per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar i desemmotllarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem una mica el pa de pessic per la part de dalt perqu\u00e8 quedi m\u00e9s llis i poder posar-hi la decoraci\u00f3 per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem fet una plantilla de cartr\u00f3 amb la cara d&#039;una carbassa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la plantilla a sobre del pa de pessic i empolvorarem tota la part de sobre amb abundant sucre glas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En treure la plantilla ens quedar\u00e0 marcada la carbassa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu la v\u00eddeo recepta del Pa de pessic de Carbassa per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot el que he explicat.<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Forner de Alella nos prepara un delicioso bizcocho de Calabaza que a los peques les encantar\u00e1 ya que lleva dibujado por encima una calabaza que es muy popular en la Fiesta de Halloween tambi\u00e9n conocida como la Noche de las Brujas.
