Batrem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric durant uns 10 minuts aproximadament, fins que tripliqui el seu volum.<\/li><li>Incorporarem la farina pr\u00e8viament tamisada en diverses vegades, amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt, procurant arribar fins al fons del recipient per recollir tota la farina que t\u00e9 tend\u00e8ncia a caure. \u00c9s molt important que quedi ben integrat.<\/li><li>Utilitzarem un motlle desmuntable de 24 cm. de di\u00e0metre. A la base del motlle hi posarem paper de coure ia sobre el c\u00e8rcol del motlle. Tallarem una mica el paper sobrant i amb una mica de mantega untarem tot el motlle.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Introduirem la massa del pa de pessic i li donarem uns petits cops perqu\u00e8 surtin les bombolles.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 170 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 35 o 40 minuts. Dep\u00e8n del forn. El forn no es pot obrir fins transcorreguts uns 30 minuts.
