Vi Blanc<\/li><li>1 cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li><li>1 culleradeta de Sucre<\/li><li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li><li>Julivert picat<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem una olla al foc i quan l&#039;aigua estigui bullint, tirarem els tom\u00e0quets als quals haurem fet una creu amb el ganivet per la part de baix. Els courem durant 30 segons.<\/li><li>Els escorrerem i els deixarem refredar en un recipient amb aigua freda i gla\u00e7ons de gel, per tallar-los la cocci\u00f3. Un cop freds els pelarem f\u00e0cilment i els triturarem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li><li>Per obrir els musclos els posarem en una cassola ampla amb una mica daigua i una fulla de llorer. Taparem la cassola i quan s&#039;obrin les petxines els escorrerem, reservant el brou de la cocci\u00f3.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Per fer la salsa posarem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola i quan estigui calent hi tirem la ceba i el pebrot ben picats. Remenarem i ofegarem durant uns 2 minuts i afegirem el vi blanc.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol afegirem el tom\u00e0quet al qual haurem afegit una culleradeta de sucre per treure-li l&#039;acidesa. Afegirem les caienes i salpebrarem. Cuinarem la salsa durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li><li>En una cassola m\u00e9s gran hi posarem oli d&#039;oliva i hi afegirem els alls picats. Abans que es daurin incorporarem la farina, remenant durant un minut perqu\u00e8 es cogui la farina.<\/li><li>Incorporarem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet i ho barrejarem tot. Afegirem una mica del brou de bullir els musclos, que pr\u00e8viament haurem colat amb un colador de roba. Afegirem abundant julivert picat.<\/li><li>Finalment afegirem els musclos a qu\u00e8 hem tret una de les dues closques.
