Cargols<\/li><li>100 grs. Panceta de Porc<\/li><li>Farigola<\/li><li>Romero<\/li><li>2 Fulles de Llorer<\/li><li>2 cullerades soperes de Farina<\/li><li>1 Guindilla o Caiena<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Salsa Alli Oli:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 Rovell d&#039;Ou<\/li><li>150 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Mitja culleradeta d&#039;Aigua<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Renteu els cargols tres o quatre vegades posant-los en un recipient amb abundant aigua.<\/li><li>En una cassola ampla posarem abundant oli d&#039;oliva i tot seguit els cargols. Taparem la cassola i amb el foc tan baix com es pugui, els courem durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi tirem la cansalada trossejada, la farigola, el roman\u00ed, les fulles de llorer, la caiena, la sal i el pebre. \u00c9s bo que aquests cargols estiguin ben picantets.<\/li><li>Pujarem el foc, remourem i taparem la cassola. Els cargols deixaran anar aigua i hem de coure&#039;ls fins que gaireb\u00e9 desaparegui el suc que hauran deixat anar. Els hem cuinat uns 30 minuts i al final nom\u00e9s ha quedat l&#039;oli.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 empolvorarem per sobre dels cargols la farina. Amb la farina aconseguirem que els cargols tinguin una mica de crosta que els d\u00f3na un sabor molt bo. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri la farina als cargols.<\/li><li>Farem la salsa All i Oli. Perqu\u00e8 no es mogui el morter posarem a sota un drap de cuina.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Al morter posarem els alls tallats a discos i la sal. Picarem b\u00e9 fins que quedin els alls molt picats.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Separarem el rovell de la clara. \u00c9s molt important que no quedi ni mica de la clara.<\/li><li>Posarem el rovell de l&#039;ou al morter i tot seguit afegirem mitja culleradeta petita d&#039;aigua.<\/li><li>Amb el pal del morter farem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri l&#039;ou amb els alls.<\/li><li>Amb molt de compte, anirem afegint l&#039;oli, gota a gota, sense deixar de fer voltes amb el pal del morter.<\/li><li>&nbsp;L&#039;oli s&#039;ha d&#039;incorporar molt lentament perqu\u00e8 vagi lligant.<\/li><li>No s&#039;ha de deixar mai de remoure&#039;l i sempre en la mateixa direcci\u00f3, fins que la salsa quedi ben lligada.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el
