Salm\u00f3 fresc<\/li><li>1 Porro petit<\/li><li>200 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li><li>80 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Formatge ratllat per gratinar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Per fer la Salsa Beixamel:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>400 ml. Llet<\/li><li>25 gr. Mantega<\/li><li>20 gr. Farina<\/li><li>Nou Moscada<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Per coure els ous, els hem de posar en una olla amb aigua freda i quan comenci a bullir l&#039;aigua, els courem durant 10 minuts. Els refredarem en un recipient amb aigua i gla\u00e7ons de gel i aix\u00ed els tallarem la cocci\u00f3. Quan hagin refredat els traurem la closca.<\/li><li>En una paella hi posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent afegirem el porro picat i ofegarem durant uns 3 minuts. Afegirem el salm\u00f3 trossejat petit, la sal i el pebre negre. Remenarem i amb una forquilla aixafarem el salm\u00f3 i ens quedar\u00e0 m\u00e9s picat. Cuinarem durant uns dos minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li><li>Afegirem el vi i quan redueixi l&#039;alcohol, afegirem la nata per cuinar i barrejarem fins que s&#039;integri. Courem durant uns dos minuts m\u00e9s, remenant sempre perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi a la cassola.&nbsp; <\/li><li>Tallarem els ous per la meitat i separarem els rovells que dipositarem en un plat i els aixafarem.<\/li><li>Afegirem la picada i ho barrejarem tot. Omplirem els ous i els deixarem en una cassola que pugui anar al forn.<\/li><li>Per fer la salsa beixamel, posarem la mantega en una paella i quan estigui fosa, apartarem la paella del foc i afegirem la mantega. Remenarem fins que s&#039;integri a la mantega i seguidament abocarem la llet a poc a poc sense deixar de remenar fins que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li><li>Tornarem a posar la paella al foc i afegirem la nou moscada, la sal i el pebre i remourem constantment fins que hagi espessit la salsa. Ha de quedar una mica l\u00edquida ja que s&#039;espesseix m\u00e9s al forn.
