La farem amb Pollastre, Conill, Carxofes i Bolets. \u00c9s molt f\u00e0cil de cuinar a casa i us quedar\u00e0 bon\u00edssima. Arr\u00f2s Bomba<\/li><li>1.200 grs. Brou de Carn (aprox)<\/li><li>\u00bd Pollastre a trossos petits<\/li><li>\u00bd Conill a trossos petits<\/li><li>3 Carxofes<\/li><li>150 grs. Bolets (G\u00edrgoles)<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>4 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>\u00bd Pebrot Vermell<\/li><li>1 Pebrot Verd<\/li><li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li><li>&nbsp;All i Julivert picats<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Salpebrarem el pollastre i el conill que l&#039;hem tallat a trossets petits.<\/li><li>En una paellera hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui ben calent fregirem el pollastre i el conill pels dos costats. Ha de quedar una mica daurat. Reservarem.<\/li><li>Abaixarem el foc i afegirem la ceba i els alls picats fins. Remenarem i sofregirem lentament. Afegirem el pebrot verd i vermell tallat molt petit. Donarem unes voltes i sofregirem amb el foc molt baix. Ho ha de quedar tot molt tou.<\/li><li>Seguidament afegirem el tom\u00e0quet ratllat i courem fins que quedi com una melmelada.<\/li><li>Afegirem les carxofes trossejades i els bolets, remenant perqu\u00e8 es vagi sofregint tamb\u00e9 tot junt durant uns 4 minuts aproximadament.<\/li><li>Incorporarem l&#039;arr\u00f2s repartint-lo per tota la paellera, remourem fins que es dauri una mica i afegirem el brou que ha d&#039;estar bullint.<\/li><li>Incorporarem el pollastre i el conill i mourem la paellera perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integri tot. Abocarem tamb\u00e9 l&#039;all i el julivert picats per sobre.<\/li><li>Els primers 5 minuts courem l&#039;arr\u00f2s amb el foc fort i despr\u00e9s baixarem. Comprovarem de sal i si cal afegir m\u00e9s brou ho farem sempre bullint, ja que tots els arrossos no tenen la mateixa cocci\u00f3 ni la mateixa absorci\u00f3 de l\u00edquids.<\/li><li>Hem cuinat l\u00b4arr\u00f2s durant 15 minuts en total. Cal deixar-ho una mica al dente, si us agrada, ja dep\u00e8n de cadasc\u00fa.
