Sucre Moreno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Rom negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria gras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Fulles de Gelatina neutra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cullerades Sucre blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nous per decorar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Xocolata calenta per salsejar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem els pl\u00e0tans a rodanxes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidratarem les fulles de gelatina en un recipient amb aigua freda durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la mantega en una paella i quan es fongui afegirem els pl\u00e0tans que courem durant un o dos minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregarem el sucre bru, remourem i caramel\u00b7litzarem els pl\u00e0tans durant uns dos minuts m\u00e9s. Afegirem el rom i flamejarem. Cal tenir la campana extractora apagada per evitar que es pogu\u00e9s encendre amb la flama. Apagarem el foc i afegirem la gelatina ben escorreguda. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri la gelatina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batrem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric. Ha de quedar un pur\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntarem la nata procurant deixar el recipient i la nata durant uns 15 minuts al congelador ja que aix\u00ed es munta m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment. Abans d&#039;acabar de muntar hi afegirem el sucre. No cal muntar totalment la nata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegiu a la nata la crema de pl\u00e0tan amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt fins que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem paper vegetal en una safata ia sobre uns c\u00e8rcols que folrarem tamb\u00e9 amb unes tires de paper vegetal. Omplirem els c\u00e8rcols amb la mousse de pl\u00e0tan fins a la vora.
