Per si no ho saps ja, la Zamburi\u00f1a \u00e9s un marisc d&#039;un sabor extraordinari, semblant a la Vieira per\u00f2 m\u00e9s petita. Avui les prepararem amb un sofregit de Ceba i Pernil serr\u00e0 i gratinades al forn. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>40 grs. Pernil Serrano picat<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Julivert picat<\/li><li>Pa ratllat<\/li><li>Suc de llimona<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Piquem la ceba ben petiteta. Piquem l&#039;all.<\/li><li>En una paella petita hi posem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent hi afegirem l&#039;all picat. Donem una volta i afegim la ceba. Salpebrarem. Sofregim amb el foc baix fins que la ceba quedi transparent.<\/li><li>Afegim el pernil picat. Remenem i sofregim el pernil. No ha de quedar ressec.<\/li><li>Hi afegim el vi i cuinem fins que redueixi el vi. Apagarem el foc.<\/li><li>Disposarem les zamburi\u00f1as en una safata de forn. Ruixarem les zamburi\u00f1as amb unes gotes de suc de llimona i pebre m\u00f2lt.<\/li><li>Cobrirem les zamburi\u00f1as amb la picada de pernil. Abocarem tamb\u00e9 una mica de julivert picat. Empolvorarem per sobre amb pa ratllat.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 170 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i les coem durant uns 7 minuts. Despr\u00e9s les gratinarem amb el grill del forn fins que quedi daurat el pa ratllat.
