Palets de Cranc (Surimi)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba tendra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pebrot Verd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd Pebrot Vermell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tom\u00e0quet gran i vermell d&#039;Amanida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Cullerades soperes Oli d&#039;Oliva verge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cullerades soperes Vinagre de Vi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentarem i netejarem els musclos. Poseu-los en una olla amb una mica d&#039;aigua i quan s&#039;obrin apagarem el foc. Esperarem que es refredin per treure&#039;ls de la petxina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem les llavors dels pebrots. Els tallarem a quadradets ben petits.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem tamb\u00e9 la ceba a quadradets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El tom\u00e0quet el pelarem i tamb\u00e9 el tallarem a quadradets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem una mica les verdures. Remenarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem tamb\u00e9 els palets de cranc a rodanxes, incorporarem els llagostins salats i els musclos. Remeneu-ho tot perqu\u00e8 es barregin tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem la salsa vinagreta, posant-hi 6 cullerades d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva verge, 2 de vinagre de vi, la sal i el pebre. Ho batrem tot amb un batedor manual fins que quedi una mica emulsionat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la salsa al Salpic\u00f3n.
