Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de la pell d&#039;una Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fem uns talls a la part de fora de la carn perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;encongeixi en coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrem la carn pels dos costats i enfarinem els trossos de carn tamb\u00e9 pels dos costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una cassola al foc amb oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui ben calent fregim la carn per les dues bandes i quan estigui daurada l&#039;apartem i la reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli posem la ceba tallada petita, la pastanaga a discos, la branca d&#039;api tallada petita i 3 dents d&#039;all laminats. Ho sofregim una mica ia continuaci\u00f3 afegim els tom\u00e0quets trossejats i sense pell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho remenem tot i ho deixarem coure tot junt fins que estigui ben fregit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim a la cassola el vi blanc i la carn. Posarem tamb\u00e9 el suc que hagi deixat anar la carn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn esmicolat i afegim tamb\u00e9 l&#039;aigua, que ha d&#039;estar calenta perqu\u00e8 no pari la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tapem la cassola i deixarem coure amb el foc molt baix. \u00c9s una cocci\u00f3 lenta. Ho hem tingut al foc durant uns 90 minuts aproximadament, fins que la carn ha quedat molt tendra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal controlar la cocci\u00f3 i si cal afegir-hi m\u00e9s aigua, sempre calenta i comprovar de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop cuita la carn, la traiem de la cassola, i batem la salsa amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric o amb un passapur\u00e8s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tornem a posar la carn a la cassola i la salsa colada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem la gremolata amb julivert picat, la pell de la llimona ratllada i una dent d&#039;all picat. Ho barregem una mica i ho afegim a la cassola.
