Cervesa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes grans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de brou de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Patates per fregir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picarem finament els alls i les cebes. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem el conill trossejat. Enfarinarem el conill pels dos costats, traient la farina sobrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola i amb l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva calenta, fregirem els trossos de conill pels dos costats. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli per\u00f2 amb el foc baix hi afegirem l&#039;all picat. Donarem unes voltes i hi tirem la ceba picada. Remenarem i sofregirem lentament fins que la ceba quedi transparent, aproximadament uns 5 o 6 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet fregit, remourem perqu\u00e8 es barregi b\u00e9, i tot seguit incorporarem el conill. Donarem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la Cervesa, la Farigola i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de Carn esmicolat. Taparem la cassola i cuinarem a foc lent. Si cal, es pot afegir aigua calenta si li falta brou per acabar la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregirem les patates tallades a quadradets. Les assecarem sobre paper absorbent de cuina i les incorporarem a la cassola, un cop el conill ja estigui tou, aproximadament uns 40 minuts.
